Warranty Policy

Every one of our LG or Samsung OPEN-BOX appliances is backed by a free 3 year warranty*. The first year warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues. The second and the third year warranty covers labor only but no parts. Our warranty is through a 3rd party who is responsible for delivery and installation, if you decide to have the appliance delivered and installed. They will also come and fix any mechanical issue for free for the first 14 days. If they are not able to fix it for whatever reason, and its within the first 14 days of the purchase, we will exchange it for a similiar one. After 14 days, our 3rd party will come fix any mechanical issue, and a service charge of $99 dollars will be charged.
